Design & Sales Consultant

Fine & Able provides an alternative and offers expert advice, stylish products for accessible bathrooms and access to a trusted network of well-trained installers.
What you’ll be doing
You will give a warm, supportive welcome to customers and will be responsible for the full bathroom design and sales process. This will involve-
- Qualification of leads
- Liaising with customers to understand their requirements
- Designing the right bathroom solution
- Creating quotations
- Closing sales opportunities
- Progressing leads through the internal CRM system.
What we’re looking for
Our Design & Sales Consultants should be passionate about what we do and will be driven to want to positively impact the lives of our customers.
You will have experience using 3D CAD software and can demonstrate clear design and sales success in a similar role in the bathroom sector.
You should have a passion for style and design and be an exceptional communicator who is empathetic and can truly understand our customer's needs and be able to talk confidently about our stylish, accessible bathroom solutions.
You will have good problem-solving skills, excellent writing skills and will have the ability to quickly understand the Fine & Able product range and design principles.
You will be a good team player, have good IT and administration skills, an excellent approach to customer service and have a flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays.

Role details & remuneration
The role is available to start immediately.
The role will be based out of the Twickenham show room with occasional home working.
Competitive salary based on experience + uncapped commission
