Delivery Information

  • Mainland UK delivery only.
  • Free delivery on orders over £500. For orders under £500 we charge £30 inc VAT.
  • We will email you to advise on lead times and confirm a delivery date.
  • Once you have placed an order, we will contact you to confirm a delivery date. Please note all delivery timescales are estimations and can vary.
  • Our deliveries are an all-day delivery and usually take place Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm.
  • Please ensure you are at the property to accept all deliveries, if we are unable to deliver due to no one being present to accept delivery or unable to deliver due to access restrictions where we have not been made aware, you may be charged for redelivery.
  • If accessing your property is difficult for larger vehicles, please notify us and we can ensure a smaller vehicle is requested to deliver your order.
  • We always do our best to group things together, however it is usual for items to arrive in multiple deliveries from various external suppliers.
  • Large items and deliveries will arrive on a pallet.
  • All large items and deliveries are kerbside only, we advise making necessary arrangements to take delivery of the goods.
  • It is your responsibility to check all items upon delivery and report any discrepancies to us within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To report any damages or discrepancies please email us on hello@fineandable.co.uk using your order number as reference accompanied with photographic evidence.
  • Delivery charges are not eligible for VAT relief.

Returns Information

  • To return an item please email us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Any return requests received after 14 days from the date of delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Any items being returned must be unopened, within their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
  • Some items are bespoke and referred to as ‘special order’. These items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.
  • All collections incur a £50 inc VAT cost that will be deducted from any amount owed. For more information on how to return an item to us please contact us by emailing us on hello@fineandable.co.uk or see our Terms & Conditions.
  • Please ensure you are at the property to return any items being collected, if we are unable to collect due to no one being present to accept collection or unable to collect due to access restrictions where we have not been made aware, you may be charged for recollection.
  • To cancel an order prior to delivery please email us as soon as possible.
  • If we have already dispatched Goods to you then you will be unable to cancel an Order until the Goods are returned to us at your cost. If the Goods are found to be faulty, then we will reimburse you the return delivery/collection cost.
