Once you have placed an order, we will send you an email confirming your order. We will be in touch again by email a few days later to advise of delivery/dispatch lead times.

What if something arrives damaged or is faulty?
We take every care to ensure your items arrive with you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event there is a problem, please email us at email@example.com to report any damage or faulty items, using your order number as reference. Any report of damage must be accompanied with photographic evidence.
It is your responsibility to check all items upon delivery and report any discrepancies to us within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
How do I know if I have ordered the right items?
We advise checking the items you would like to purchase with your installer to make sure they confirm your order is suitable for your space and plumbing.

When will my order arrive?
We will email you to advise on delivery dates as soon as possible from when you place an order.
Some of our products are made to order - so they are made just for you and may take time before they are ready to be delivered. We work with various approved suppliers, who help us offer you a wider range of products. These suppliers have different delivery times and options.
How can I check if I am eligible for VAT relief and how can I remove VAT from my order?
